1) Regional Court: Courts operated by municipal government over seen by State Courts
2) State Court: Courts operated by its own will and maintains autonomy from the State government while subject to the judgement of the State High Court
3) Federal Court: Courts operated by its own will and maintains autonomy from the Federal government while the high court of appeal from the State High Court
4) Supreme Court: Traditionally, cases are only heard by the supreme court if the case has been granted standing by a majority of the judges or directed submitted by the Speaker of the House, Speaker of the Senate, or the Chairperson of the Joint Judicial Committee
